About us
Our house, run by an Austrian-Irish couple, was built in typical Carinthian style in a beautiful, quiet and sunny south facing location with an impressive commanding view over the valley of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The apartments have been decorated to ensure your stay is very comfortable while maintaining the rustical style of the mountain area. All apartments have either a south-facing balcony or terrace, Satellite TV and free WLAN Internet access. There is also a large garden and numerous parking spaces available. The “Sonnwiesen Lift” double seat lift, which connects us to all ski-lifts in the area, is located just 150m from the house. Snow heights permitting you can ski in and out from our driveway. We are also a convenient starting point for wonderful hikes or pleasant walks, unparalleled mountainbike tours, tennis, horse-riding, golf, thermal spas and many more holiday activities. Although almost everything is in walking distance, the bus-stop for the free ski bus and the Nockmobil Shuttle Service which travels around the whole area is extremely close-by.
STANDARD APARTMENT
With a size of 51m², a separate double bedroom and a large living area with a built in sofa bed (if required), this apartment is well suited to families of up to 4 people. The living room comes with SAT TV and a large dining table, ideal for breakfast with the family or evening dinners with friends. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking stove, microwave/grill and coffee machine as well as utensils, tableware, pots and cutlery.
The apartment comes with its own bathroom containing a shower and wash basin. Towels are included. In addition, there is also a separate WC. The terrace extends from the kitchen area with access to our garden and a splendid view of surrounding mountains. A rustic log table and benches allow you to dine al fresco on those lovely, sunny days. All our apartments are non-smoking but smoking is permitted on the balcony or terrace areas.

With a size of 66m², two separate double bedrooms and a large living area with a built in sofa bed (if required), this apartement is well suited to families of up to 6 people. The living room comes with SAT TV and a large dining table, ideal for breakfast with the family or evening dinners with friends. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking stove, microwave/grill and coffee machine as well as utensils, tableware, pots and cutlery.
The apartment comes with its own bathroom containing a shower and wash basin. Towels are included. In addition, there is also a seperate WC. The balcony extends from the kitchen area with a splendid view of our garden and surrounding mountains. Both double bedrooms have their own separate balconies. The kitchen has a dining area, ideal for breakfast or evening dinners and comes equipped with cooker and coffee machine as well as as well as utensils, tableware, pots and cutlery. The apartment comes with its own bathroom containing a shower and wash basin. Towels are included. In addition, there is also a separate WC.
The balcony extends from the living area and comes with a table and chairs should you decide to dine or have a relaxing drink outdoors. All our apartments are non-smoking but smoking is permitted on the balcony or terrace areas.

All prices are in EURO, apply per day and per apartment and include the provision of laundry i.e sheets, towels etc. The local city tax of € 2.70 per person per night is not included in the apartment price. All apartments comprise of either a balcony or terrace, telephone and satellite TV. A charge of 65-85 Euro will be charged for the final cleaning of the apartment.
During the Winter season electricity will be calculated at 33 cent per kilowatt consumed to be paid on departure.
Late arrivals or early departures (unless otherwise agreed upon) will be charged according to the original booking. For the comfort of all our guests we would like to advise that pets of any kind are not permitted. All our apartments are non-smoking apartments.
